The NGO Aadhar Foundation Bahuuddeshiy Sevabhavi Sanstha is a non-governmental organization based in Kalewadi, Pimpri, Pune, focused on a variety of social welfare and community development initiatives.Our organization is established for the development of community, in the field of Education, Health, Women Empowerment, Handicap Rehabilitation, and Aadiwashi development etc.
This organization provide guidance of educational awareness; ranging from primary to degree students. Providing educational facility, hostels and mess expenses to clever, poor and needy students and providing employment (Jobs) for self sustenance.
It provides Education, Career guidance, Employment, Business Opportunities to Handicapped (Underprivileged), Blind &
Mentally retried students.
It organizes camps for Health awareness and to make them
self sustained.
Working for women empowerment with self reliant, with justice
and rights providing training camps, business guidance support
connected with Government Welfare Schemes.
We are also providing treatment of medicines on all kinds of
diseases, so that people in the community can live a healthy
life. We also provide them ambulance facility in rural areas.
Through the NGO Aadhar Foundation, we work for the welfare
of the Adivasis, Dhangar and Bhatkari communities. Food
grains, medicine, clothes and essentials are distributed through
the camps.
We have also provided digitalization of primary and secondary
schools to improve levels of educational standards.

To actively contribute to the social and economic development of the communities in which we operate and to be an organization that continually responds to the changing social realities; through the development and application of knowledge, towards development of sustainable society that promotes and protects the equality, social justice and Human Rights for all. To work towards creating a better India; which provides basic health, education and empowerment to every citizen.
Our Mission

To work towards the promotion of the core aims and objective
of the United Nations as well as our Foundation and its system
for development of society, and in pursuance of its vision and
guiding principle. The organization organizes programs to
facilitate the development of a cross section society through
social work, research and programs. It disseminates knowledge
of United Nations and its program as well as reaches out to the
larger community through extension at Local and National
levels with respect to our domain of work. We believe that
every person has the right access to resources and
opportunities in order to live and develop with dignity and
become an active and contributing factor for our society.

Shri. Sunil Jayram Ahire
Founder & President – NGO Aadhar Foundation
Shri. Sunil J. Ahire was born in a rural area in Raigad district
and through the course of his life, saw many people having lot
of problems in Education, Health, Women Empowerment,
Handicap (Problems of people with Disability), Aadiwasi
development.
He himself became physically handicapped after he met with an
accident. He observed that there were a lot of challenges,
difficulties; hardships faced by the physically, mentally,
educationally and economically handicapped and wanted to
help others so they shouldn’t have to face such difficulties.
He prominently noticed that there were many challenges in the
lives of Tribal people (Adivasis, Dhangar and Bhatkari
communities, to name a few) and so he decided to establish an
NGO to give them a better life. Initially, they faced lot of
challenges during the start of NGO, but overcame them with
sheer grit and determination. He now has a team of over 25
coordinators who work in those areas on the above all issues.
The Organization is the brain child of its Founder President
Shri. Sunil Jairam Ahire. Shri. Sunil Jairam Ahire is a B.A. in
Psychology, Teacher and Author (Mythological, spiritual).
